For the swimmers – X-WATERS, for the wheelmen – “Makeev” Bicycle Ride, the track athletes conquer the peaks of Taganay in the marathon, and if you want to try your hand in all the three kinds of sport, cross-triathlon “Turgoyak” gives you such an opportunity!
The first stage is swimming in one of the cleanest lakes in Russia. The Turgoyak is the precious pearl of the South Ural, a natural monument of international importance, which is included in the list of 100 most valuable reservoirs of the planet. The cleanliness of the water in the lake is close to Lake Baikal, the transparence reaches 17 meters. After swimming in Lake Turgoyak you will love open water even more!Sounds exciting, doesn’t it? The further the better!
The second stage for the “STANDART” distance is cycling around the Turgoyak, and the participants of the “SPRINT” will skirt not less mysterious and beautiful Lake Inyshko. The rough Ural impassible roads allow nobody to stay indifferent! In addition, this is an opportunity to view the lakes of our land from all sides, explore their magnificent surroundings. Despite the relatively small size of the lakes, their coastlines are extremely diverse, here you can find beaches with fine quartz sand, and green meadows, and steep cliffs, and mountain slopes sprouted by centuries-old forests.
And last, but not least, stage is running along the wood paths, which will take you to the most secret nooks of the South Urals, to the most picturesque peaks. The Lysaya mountain opens the views, that take the breath away and make the heart beat faster! This part of the distance makes it possible to get a good look at all the tiny details, which piece together the wealth of our forests.
One more equally important constituent of cross-triathlon “Turgoyak” is outdoor recreation near the most mysterious and beautiful lake in the Urals, it is the overnight in tents and sitting by the fire –so romantic! You can devote the whole weekend to this event, come with all your family and have a good time!

The distance “Standart” is aimed at the athletes more than 18 years old:
The first stage, 1,5 km swimming, starts from the beachline, 2 circles of 750 m in the water near the starting village without coming ashore. The track is marked with signal buoys, safety in the water is ensured by the boats with lifeguards
The second stage, 30 km cycling - most of the cycle route is laid on the road around Lake Turgoyak. Around 7 km more technical sections begin - they are rich in small climbs, mud in some places, and the most dangerous points are speedy rocky downhills. The segment between 10 and 12 km is the lowest speed section, marshy Mukhorinskaya river bay, then there are some rocky sections again, 2 small fords and the turning point of the route is mountain Lipovskaya. It is the most difficult climb of the track, on the top you will find check point No. 2 and a feeding station. There are almost 5 kilometers of a descent ahead. At the mark of 20 km return to the concrete public road, it is almost 5 km of hard surface with a varied terrain. Behind the roller-ski track, the road leads into the forest again. Pay attention to the instructions of the volunteers: there will be several important turns in this area. After 26 km we cross the village Turgoyak and along the Turistov street we reach the finish line of the cycling stage.
The third stage, 10 km running - up to 3,5 km the cycle route is repeated, then on the big meadow after the wakeboarding base of Lake Inyshko the route goes sharply to the right and a climb to the mountain begins, within 200 m you will climb 50 m up, then the route goes along the forest paths, a small section goes along the electrical transmission line, then it goes sharply uphill again, this time to the left, within the segment of 300 m the height gain is 60 m, the climb is rocky. On the viewing platform of Lisaya Mountain the views of Lake Turgoyak and Inishko will open at the same time. This is one of the most beautiful points of the route. Check point No. 3 and a feeding station are also located there. Less than 5 km left! They include 1 km of descent, then there are small hills, and at 8 km the track goes to the finish asphalt.
The distance “Sprint” is aimed at amateurs and beginners more than 16 years old:
The first stage, 0,5 km swimming, starts from the beachline, 1 circle in the water near the starting village. The track is marked with signal buoys, safety in the water is ensured by the boats with lifeguards.
The second stage, 10 km cycling - most of the cycle route is laid on the road, including the detour around Lake Inishko. Technically the rout is similar to the standard rout, but it does not include mud sections and steep descents. It enables athletes to feel all the poetry of the cross-triathlon without special training. Because of the features of the terrain, there is a dismounting zone in the middle of the of the stage.
The third stage, 3 km running, runs from the starting meadow along the camp territory and forest paths.
The distance “Super Sprint” is aimed at beginners and children more than 12 years old:
The first stage, 0,2 km swimming, starts from the beachline, 1 circle in the water near the starting village. The track is marked with signal buoys, safety in the water is ensured by the boats with lifeguards.
The second stage, 5 km cycling – the route is laid on the road to Lake Inishko with a jug handle near the lake.
The third stage, 1,5 km running, runs from the starting meadow along the camp territory.
